Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Fe Brilliance online shop. Please read them carefully before you order.
1. Scope
These terms govern the business relationship between Fe Brilliance (14 Linking Road, Bandra West, Mumbai 400050, India) and its customers. Deviating terms of the customer are not recognised unless we expressly agree to them in writing.
2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop is an invitation to place an order and not a binding offer. By completing the checkout you submit a binding order for the goods in your cart. A contract is concluded only when we confirm your order by e-mail or dispatch the goods.
Made-to-order pieces are produced individually after your order. We will inform you of the expected production time before dispatch.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are final prices in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout. Payment is due in advance; we accept the payment methods listed on the Payment page. Production of made-to-order pieces starts once the full amount has been received.
4. Delivery
We ship worldwide. Items in stock are dispatched within 1–3 working days after receipt of payment; made-to-order pieces after the stated production time. Delivery times, shipping costs and express options are described on the Shipping & Delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery of the goods.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as described in our notice on the Returns & Withdrawal page. Made-to-measure pieces and items adapted to your individual wishes are excluded from withdrawal.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. Every piece is knitted by hand; small variations in size, colour and structure are characteristic of handmade knitwear and do not constitute a defect. Please note our care instructions – damage caused by improper care is not covered by the warranty.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
9. Final provisions
The laws of India apply; the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
