Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right of withdrawal described below. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional in nature:
1. Notice of Withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from this contract within seven days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 7 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Fe Brilliance, owner Meera Kapoor, 14 Linking Road, Bandra West, Mumbai 400050, mail@febrilliance.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day the returned goods reach us. We will use the same means of payment as for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than seven days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the seven-day period expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusion and early expiry of the right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
In practice this means: made-to-measure goods or goods adapted to individual wishes are EXCLUDED from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.
Withdrawal is also excluded for goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the seller’s control and which may occur within the withdrawal period.
The right of withdrawal also does not apply to consumers whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of the order are outside India.
General information
Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Return them in their original packaging with all packaging components where possible and use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to protect the goods adequately against transport damage.
Please do not return goods carriage forward.
Points 1–2 above are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
